We supply unpainted, raw wood so that crafters can paint and decorate.

Delivery of your Items

All our items will arrive flat pack to you. Some of our products require for you to add a touch of glue to them but some slot together without glue. This will be stated on the listing.

We have also hugely cut down the amount of plastics we are using. You may have noticed this when receiving your packages that they are in cardboard boxes and contain no bubble wrap.

We have replaced this with hard brown wrapping paper; this has resulted in less damaged products which makes us all happy.

About the Wood/Acrylic

The acrylic we use is 3mm but we can get thicker if needed. Please ask if you require this.

Our MDF is Medite laser MDF at 3mm thick. We use 3mm laser plywood, poplar ply, it is a lovely light wood. It looks beautiful engraved.

Orders are cut exactly as asked. Once cut no changes can be made.

Things you should know

Many of our products are individually handmade/cut from wood. Slight variation in colour, grain of wood, or surface pattern may occur. Handmade and wooden items vary. It must be accepted by the customer that no two of a kind products will ever be identical.

Please note the colours you see may vary slightly from how you see it on the website due to screen display settings.

We cut many of our items on a laser, which uses laser heat to burn through the material. Therefore, on all of the laser cut items edges there will be dark brown or black markings. Remove with light sanding. Our acrylic/plastic items will have a protective film to remove.

We supply unpainted, raw wood so that crafters can paint and decorate.

Delivery of your Items

All our items will arrive flat pack to you. Some of our products require for you to add a touch of glue to them but some slot together without glue. This will be stated on the listing.

We have also hugely cut down the amount of plastics we are using. You may have noticed this when receiving your packages that they are in cardboard boxes and contain no bubble wrap.

We have replaced this with hard brown wrapping paper; this has resulted in less damaged products which makes us all happy.

About the Wood/Acrylic

The acrylic we use is 3mm but we can get thicker if needed. Please ask if you require this.

Our MDF is Medite laser MDF at 3mm thick. We use 3mm laser plywood, poplar ply, it is a lovely light wood. It looks beautiful engraved.

4mm veneered oak is the only oak we use. Our Veneered Oak is MDF which has a covering of oak; it has a very beautiful finish.

All our wood is laser grade MDF, EU class E1, which means low formaldehyde emissions. Produced to FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification. It is this low formaldehyde emission, which makes this MDF suitable for laser cutting therefore making it more environmentally friendly. The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) helps take care of forests and the people and wildlife, who call them home.
