Terms and Conditions

When placing your order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received but this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the items has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.

Please note, under new distance selling regulations, customised items are not covered by the 14-day cooling off period and by ordering, you accept this condition.


Description of products

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description.

We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, measurements and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

However, many of our products are individually handmade/cut from wood and slight variation in colour or grain of wood, or surface pattern may occur. Handmade and wooden items vary, and it must be accepted by the customer that no two of a kind will ever be identical, and no surfaces will ever be the same as wood grain differs.

Please note that colours may vary slightly from the website due to screen display settings.

We cut many of our items on a laser which uses laser heat to burn through the material. Therefore, all laser cut items edges are dark brown or black and may need either a light sanding in the case of wood products, or the protective film removed in the case of acrylic/plastic products.


Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your laser cut items, you are welcome to return them to us within 14 days at your cost. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours; All Items must be in returned in perfect condition.

Personalised Items cannot be resold, so therefore cannot be returned for a refund. If we Spell your item incorrectly, we will re send your item for free or issue a full refund

If any item arrives to you broken please contact us within 7 days. We will need to see photographic evidence of the damaged item and the packaging so that we can claim the damages back from our courier. We will get replacements out to you straight away or offer a full refund.

After 14 days we are unable to process any refunds. We cannot put a claim in with our postal service after this time so please ensure you contact us as soon as you receive your delivery if there are any issues.


Our Design Service

If you bring a design to me, ready to cut file format, we can cut this and charge you only wood and cutting service, this design belongs to you and we will not re sell it.

If you have an idea, we will ask you to do a rough drawing and we can work with you on a design then we will ask if you want exclusivity on your product. If you choose to have the design for your own sole use, this design service costs £10 per design, plus the agreed cost of the product.

If you choose not to have exclusivity or pay for the design, Then we reserve the right to re sell it to others.


Copyright & Photographs

We allow all our customers to use our pictures to gain interest and make sales, we will also try and add as many painted pictures of the products, you can use these too.

All our designs are our intellectual property. Please do not ask us to copy someone else’s designs as we won’t do it, we can look at a design and make you something similar but with your own take on it.
