- Accuracy: When ordering personalized items, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all spelling, grammar, and dates are correct. We copy the text exactly as provided. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during the ordering process.

- Personalized Items: Once production has started on a personalized item, the order cannot be canceled.
