Generic (Non-Personalised) Items In accordance with Klarna requirements and UK Consumer Law, you have the right to return non-personalized / generic items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
- To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Personalised & Custom Items Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalised or custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or were supplied incorrectly. These items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, or if we have made a mistake with your personalization:
- Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).
- Provide photos of the damage or the error.
- We will offer a free replacement or a full refund depending on your preference.
