All our items will come flat pack to you, some of our products require for you to add touch of glue to them, and some will slot together without glue. we will state this on the listing.

How you receive your wood.

Many of our products are individually handmade/cut from wood.

slight variation in colour or grain of wood, or surface pattern may occur. Handmade and wooden items vary, and it must be accepted by the customer that no two of a kind will ever be identical, and no surfaces will ever be the same as wood grain differs.

Please note:the colours you see may vary slightly from how you see it on the website due to screen display settings.

We cut many of our items on a laser, which uses laser heat to burn through the material. Which means, all of our laser cut items edges, will be dark brown or black, and you may need either a light sanding in the case of wood products, or the protective film removed in the case of acrylic/plastic products.

The woods/Acrylic we use are.

Our MDF is Medite laser MDF at 3mm thick, The best we can use.,3mm laser plywood we use, is poplar ply, It is a lovely light wood, looks beautiful engraved. The acrylic we use is 3mm, but we can get thicker if needed, please just ask us. 4mm veneered oak is the only oak we use. Our Veneered Oak is MDF which has a covering of oak, It has a very beautiful finish.

The wood we supply is unpainted, raw wood so that crafters can paint and decorate.

All our wood is laser grade MDF, EU class E1, which means low formaldehyde emissions, and is produced to FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification. It is this low formaldehyde emission, which makes this MDF suitable for laser cutting. which makes it more environmentally friendly.

We have also hugely cut down the amount of plastics we are using. You may have noticed this by receiving your packages, in cardboard boxes and no bubble wrap.

We have replaced this with hard brown wrapping paper, we also have had less damaged products which makes us all happy.

Our forests give us many things like books, tissues and the we use furniture and so much more. The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), helps take care of forests and the people and wildlife, who call them home.
